Orders are processed within 1 business day.  Orders must be placed by 5pm EST or they will go on the next day's business.

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Fedex and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package. FedEx requires a physical address for delivery.  We do not offer expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We do not require a signature upon delivery.

International Orders: Please select "international shipping." We are not responsible for customs fees.

Free shipping promos are for ground shipping only unless otherwise stated.  This excludes international orders.
